We field calls from all over Laramie County. Each professional we refer is an independent business with its own coverage area, so give us your ZIP and we'll find someone who serves it.
Cheyenne
Every part of the city: the historic downtown and Avenues neighborhoods with their older basements; the north side and Dell Range corridor; the south side; Sun Valley; and the newer subdivisions on the east and northwest edges.
Just outside the city
- Ranchettes and north Cheyenne acreage. Larger lots, many on private wells. Test the air and the water.
- South Greeley. Mixed older homes, mobile homes, and newer construction just south of the city.
- Fox Farm-College. Established neighborhoods near Laramie County Community College.
- F.E. Warren AFB area. Off-base homes near the base. On-base housing questions go to the base housing office.
Eastern Laramie County
- Burns and Hillsdale, small communities along the I-80 and US-30 corridor.
- Pine Bluffs, near the Nebraska line.
- Carpenter and Albin, ranch and farm country with many private wells.
West toward the Laramie Range
- Granite and the country homes off Happy Jack Road and along the I-80 corridor toward the summit. Rural homes here are commonly on wells and closer to the granite of the Laramie Range.
Next door
Homes just over the line in Albany, Platte, or Goshen County, or in Colorado's northern Front Range towns, may be covered by the same professionals. Ask when you call. Note that Colorado requires radon contractors to hold a state license, so for Colorado properties make sure the professional is licensed there.
